§ 04

Scope of Services

Through the Website, the Company provides professional document preparation and drafting services, including but not limited to:

  • official correspondence and formal letters directed to public authorities, institutions, and counterparties;
  • pre-litigation correspondence, debt recovery letters, and demand notices;
  • contractual documentation, including cross-border commercial agreements and standard-form contracts;

All Services are delivered entirely online. The Company reserves the right to decline any Order at its sole discretion, including where the requested document falls outside its areas of practice or where the Client’s instructions are incomplete, unlawful, or contrary to public policy.

§ 05

Order Process & Delivery

Orders are placed by submitting an enquiry through the contact form at law27.eu/contact/ or by emailing office@law27.eu, providing all information necessary for the Company to prepare the requested Document.

Upon review of the enquiry, the Company will issue a Quote by email. The Quote constitutes an offer valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. The Order is confirmed when the Client accepts the Quote and full payment is received and settled in the Company’s bank account.

Work on each Order commences only after payment is confirmed as cleared. No Document shall be delivered, disclosed, or transmitted prior to full settlement of the applicable fee.

Indicative delivery times from the moment of payment confirmation:

  • Standard correspondence and simple formal letters: up to 12 hours;
  • Complex documents, multi-party agreements, compliance reports, and specialised materials: delivery time as specified in the individual Quote.

Delivery times are indicative. The Company will notify the Client promptly in the event of any anticipated delay.

All Documents are delivered in electronic format (PDF and/or editable file) to the email address provided by the Client at the time of ordering.

§ 06

Pricing & Payment

The Company operates under two pricing models:

  • Fixed-price services — selected standard documents (such as simple formal letters and standard correspondence) carry a published starting price. The exact price is confirmed in the Quote.
  • Individual quotes — all other Services are priced individually following review of the Client’s instructions. A Quote is issued by email within a reasonable time after receipt of the enquiry.

All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties applicable in the Client’s jurisdiction, for which the Client is solely responsible.

Payment is made by bank transfer to the Company’s EUR account. Upon acceptance of a Quote, the Company will send a secure payment link to the Client’s email address. Payment may also be made by direct bank transfer using the details below:

§ 07

Cancellations & Complaints

Cancellation before commencement: A Client may cancel a confirmed Order at no charge at any time before the Company has commenced preparation of the Document. Cancellation requests must be submitted to office@law27.eu. Where full payment has already been received and work has not commenced, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

Cancellation after commencement: Where the Company has commenced preparation of the Document, cancellation is no longer available as of right. Any refund in such circumstances is at the Company’s sole discretion, taking into account the proportion of work completed.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): Where the Client is a consumer resident in the European Union, the Client acknowledges that by requesting commencement of Services before the expiry of the 14-day statutory withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may be forfeited proportionally upon completion of the Document. The Company will seek the Client’s express consent to commence before expiry of that period where applicable.

Complaints procedure: Any complaint regarding the quality or content of a delivered Document must be submitted in writing to office@law27.eu within 14 days of delivery. Complaints must specify the alleged defect in reasonable detail. The Company will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 days. Accepted complaints may be resolved by revision of the Document or, where revision is not feasible, by partial or full refund.

EU consumers may also refer disputes to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

§ 08

User Obligations

By using the Website and placing Orders, each Client agrees to:

  • provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all communications with the Company;
  • use the Services solely for lawful purposes consistent with applicable law in the Client’s jurisdiction and with EU law where applicable;
  • refrain from requesting the preparation of any document intended to facilitate fraud, misrepresentation, coercion, or any other unlawful activity;
  • refrain from any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the functioning of the Website or its infrastructure;
  • refrain from attempting unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems;
  • not resell, sublicense, or represent Documents prepared by the Company as independently authored work for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate any Order without refund where the Client’s instructions are found to be false, misleading, or intended to facilitate an unlawful act.

§ 09

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including texts, visual design, graphics, logos, and structural elements — is the exclusive property of Omnexis Group LLC and is protected under applicable copyright law.

Upon full payment and delivery of a Document, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the Document for the purposes for which it was commissioned. The Company retains ownership of any reusable templates, methodologies, and structural frameworks incorporated in Documents, to the extent they are separable from the Client-specific content.

The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any Website content without the Company’s prior written consent. Permitted use under applicable fair use or quotation exceptions is allowed provided the source is clearly credited.

§ 10

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Company provides document preparation services with professional diligence. However, all Documents are delivered “as prepared” based solely on the information and instructions provided by the Client. The Company does not warrant that any Document will achieve a specific legal outcome.

The Company is not a law firm. Documents prepared by the Company do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney qualified in the relevant jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s aggregate liability to any Client in connection with any Order shall not exceed the total fees paid by that Client for the Order giving rise to the claim.

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • any outcome, decision, ruling, or consequence arising from the use of a delivered Document;
  • errors or omissions in a Document caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading instructions provided by the Client;
  • temporary unavailability of the Website due to technical maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control;
  • content on external websites linked from the Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of EU consumer protection law applicable to the Client.

§ 11

Personal Data

Omnexis Group LLC processes personal data of EU residents as a data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) GDPR, pursuant to Article 3(2) GDPR (territorial scope — processing related to the offering of services to EU data subjects).

Personal data (including name, email address, and any information provided in the course of an Order) are collected only when voluntarily provided by the Client. The legal bases for processing are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), Article 6(1)(c) (compliance with a legal obligation), and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests of the Company in operating its business).

EU residents retain the following rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based. Requests may be submitted to office@law27.eu.

EU residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of their member state of habitual residence.

Full details on data processing practices are set out in the Company’s Privacy Policy, available at law27.eu/privacy-policy/.

§ 12

Cookies

The Website uses cookies — small text files stored on the Client’s device — to ensure correct functionality, analyse traffic, and improve the browsing experience. Cookies do not identify Users personally.

Clients may configure or disable cookies through their browser settings at any time. Disabling certain cookies may limit the functionality of the Website. Further information on cookies used by the Website is set out in the Company’s Cookie Policy, available at law27.eu/cookie-policy/.

§ 13

Amendments to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication of the updated version on the Website, together with the new effective date. Continued use of the Website or placement of an Order following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where an amendment materially affects Orders already confirmed and in progress, the Company will notify the relevant Client by email.

§ 14

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.

EU consumer protection: Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Client is a consumer habitually resident in a European Union member state, nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to that Client under the laws of their country of habitual residence, including the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country. Such consumers may also refer disputes to the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
