In accordance with Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2000 on electronic commerce (“E-Commerce Directive”) and Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on the Digital Services Act (“DSA”), the following information is provided regarding the operator of this website.

The Company operates exclusively online and does not maintain a physical office open to the public. All correspondence and service requests should be directed to the electronic contact address above.

§ 02

Regulatory Status

Omnexis Group LLC is a commercial limited liability company registered under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. It is not a law firm, barrister’s chambers, solicitor’s practice, or any other form of regulated legal services provider within the meaning of Directive 98/5/EC on the right to practise as a lawyer on a permanent basis, or within the meaning of any national legal services regulation in any EU member state.

The Company is not subject to any professional regulatory body, bar association, or supervisory authority in the field of legal services. The Company does not hold a practising certificate or licence to provide legal advice, legal representation, or advocacy in any jurisdiction.

Clients are advised that the services offered by the Company — professional document preparation and drafting — do not constitute legal advice and do not create a solicitor-client or attorney-client relationship. Clients who require legal advice, representation before a court or authority, or other regulated legal services are advised to engage a qualified legal professional licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.

§ 03

Nature of Services — Important Notice

Law27.eu provides professional document preparation and drafting services to individuals and businesses across the European Union and internationally. Our services are limited to the preparation of written documents based on instructions and information provided by the client. These include, but are not limited to, formal correspondence, pre-litigation letters, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance documents, and procedural submissions.

The following limitations apply to all services offered through this Website, without exception:

• Documents prepared by the Company do not constitute legal advice and must not be relied upon as such.
• The Company does not assess the merits, prospects of success, or legal consequences of any matter underlying a client’s instructions.
• The Company does not appear before courts, tribunals, arbitral bodies, public authorities, or any other adjudicative forum on behalf of clients.
• The Company does not negotiate on behalf of clients or act as their agent in any legal proceeding.
• The outcome of any matter in which a document prepared by the Company is used remains the sole responsibility of the client.

By placing an Order with the Company, the client acknowledges and accepts these limitations in full. Full terms governing the provision of services are set out in the Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to texts, editorial content, visual design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, and structural elements — is the exclusive property of Omnexis Group LLC and is protected under applicable copyright law, including Directive 2001/29/EC on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society, and equivalent protections under the laws of the United States of America.

The trade name “Law27.eu”, the domain name law27.eu, and associated branding elements are the exclusive property of Omnexis Group LLC. Unauthorised use of these identifiers, including in domain names, company names, social media handles, or marketing materials, may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation, or any other use of Website content — in whole or in part — without the prior written consent of Omnexis Group LLC is strictly prohibited, except where expressly permitted by applicable fair use or quotation provisions and provided that the source is clearly credited.

Website Availability

Omnexis Group LLC endeavours to ensure that the Website is available and accessible at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of the Website, whether due to planned maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue the Website or any part thereof at any time and without prior notice, where we deem it necessary for technical, legal, or commercial reasons, provided that such action does not impair clients’ rights with respect to confirmed and paid Orders.

Applicable Law

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. To the extent that EU law applies — in particular Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) — this Legal Notice is construed in a manner consistent with those instruments.

Nothing in this Legal Notice affects the mandatory rights of consumers habitually resident in an EU member state, which are preserved in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) on the law applicable to contractual obligations.

§ 08

Digital Services Act — Provider Information

Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on the Digital Services Act (“DSA”) imposes information and transparency obligations on providers of intermediary services offered to recipients located in the European Union. The following information is provided in accordance with Article 9 DSA (orders from authorities) and Article 24 DSA (transparency obligations for online platforms), to the extent applicable to the Company’s activities.

Omnexis Group LLC operates as a provider of an information society service within the meaning of Article 2(a) of Directive 2000/31/EC. The Company does not operate an online platform within the meaning of Article 3(i) DSA (i.e. a hosting service that stores and disseminates information to the public at the request of recipients) and is therefore not subject to the obligations specific to online platforms under Chapter III, Section 3 DSA.

The Company qualifies as a micro or small enterprise within the meaning of Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC and is accordingly exempt from certain DSA obligations reserved for very large online platforms under Article 33 DSA.
